Connection through network - Printer Sharing

hey i was wondering why i am getting an error message on one of the computers connected to the network saying that

""\\computerpc is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact your administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

Logon faliure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer.""

I have a funny feeling that this may have occured when i did the upgrade from windows vista to seven. Because the other computer cant gain access to this computer having the network problem, has prevented in adding it to the other pc's and laptops.
