My pc does not recognise that the printer is attached, I have used this printer for 12 months with no problems now it will not print. The unit works ok, power and lights all ok, will copy from the printer but will not print from PC. I have installed that latest drivers, whe I try to install the printer using Windows it does show my printer name int he list, so I am unable to install. can anyone help

I happen to have a printer from the same series (1310) on Windows Vista.

You can try playing with the setting, to see what is the matter, or you can try getting in the device manager (while the printer is turned on), printer properties, uninstall the driver and install it again after a restart.

If none of above don't help post it. I'll try to help you.
