Windows 7 problems with Lexmark x4550 printers

Does anyone know if there are any problems connecting Lexmark 4550 wireless printers to Windows 7? I've downloaded the drivers but still cannot print wirelessly or when connected by a cord.

I have the same (or similar) problem with X4580 and windows 7 (64-bit)
