I am unable to unzip How to uninstall itunes - the first message was 'unexpected end of archive' the second 'the archive is either an unknown format or damaged' my receipt # is 4665-9818-8118-3122
You don't need to buy a program to uninstall iTunes. Go to Windows Control Panel and the icon for Add or Remove Programs. iTunes will be listed, remove it.
