Hello,
Does anybody know what it means-
"Print catridge problem: (Tri-color)--Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot."

Is it means that the Tri-color catridge is empty and lack of ink?

Hi,

I have tried to re-seat it, the problem is still there, the old message also showed up again.

What shell I do? bring the printer to repair or...?

Thanks for your kind advices. I contacted the "Technick Support". We tried many ways-without success. So he will send me a new catridge, and see if it works. If not, say bye-bye to this printer. I bought it one year ago.

I always use the original one, the one being used right now, is not empty yet, and a new replacement of original one is comming. Hopefully it works. Thanks for your kind help.
