At bootup machine tries to load TrayApp , and contiuies to try and load after
cancel is pushed several times, and goes into error message 1706. How do I
correct.

TrayApp is apparently software connected with an HP all-in-one printer.
HP continues to live up to its reputation of writing really cr*ppy,
invasive software for its printers. Here is a link to a discussion

I got that information by Googling with the search term, "TrayApp" so
you may want to do that too. If the above information doesn't solve
your issue, contact HP tech support.
