Hello,please help me on how to turn on the wifi capability and bluetooth connection of my sony vaio netbook.as per running the diagnostics the wifi capability is off..kindly help me

hi @flank21 the model is VPCM13M1E or the M series model of sony vaio netbook.thanks in advance..hope you can help me solve my problem.,the problem is i dont know how to turn on or what should i do to turn on the wifi capability and bluetooth,.
