Screen blanks out...

Hi!
While playing 'FIFA FOOTBALL 2004(EA Sports)' on WINDOWS
2000 PROFESSIONAL SP4 and WINDOWS 98, the screen suddenly
blanks out and the background audio starts stutterring.
What should I do? KINDLY HELP.
Please tell me how I can find out the complete
configuration of my system.
