Hi,

I would like to know whether its all right if I keep my canon scanner connected with my PC all the time. My scanner is connected with my PC with just the USB connector. There is no power with the scanner. Or I will just connect the scanner when I need to scan a document. Could someone help me out with these questions. I would appreciate very much.

It is perfectly fine to keep you scanner connected all the time although it is not being used.

I have 2 printers I always keep connected via USB, it saves the hassle of connecting whenever I need them.
