Changing View When Downloading Files

Hi,

When I download items, ie, pictures, newsgroup information, emails, and
select Save As, the view is shown in large icon view. I can change this to
list view, my preferred option, but next time, the setting shows as large
icons again. How can I ensure the setting is always set as list view?
