Do you really want it? It is not a windows file.

SYMPTOMS
When you start Microsoft Windows XP, you may receive the following warning
message:
Cannot find C:\Windows\System32\System32.exe
CAUSE
This issue occurs because of an incomplete removal of the W32.KWBot.C.Worm
virus from your computer.

Hey, you had better check your virus scanner, it let a virus in.

Hi,

Why would you want me to send you a virus? System32.exe is a virus, you need
to remove the registry entry in the run keys that loads it. Your AV software
has likely already detected and removed the infecting file. You should find
the entry under one of these keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
