text to big

My text is out of control, it is way to big. I think my leg was pushing the Ctrl button making the text get bigger and bigger, when I had it up on the desk. Or a button next to it. This happen before, but I can't remember what I did to fix it. All my web pages in the middle have large text. I check my settings, but can't seem to find a fix. Any ideals? Thanks
