Which Upgrade Is Best!

Last response: in Laptops & Notebooks

I'm looking at purchasing 2 computers that are almost identical. They differ very slightly, are both gaming computers and cost the same.

Option 1)

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T9900 / 6MB L2 Cache, 3.06GHz, 1066MHz FSB
Single 1GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 280m (1GB Total of GFX)

Option 2)

Intel® T9600 45nm "Montevina" Core™2 Duo 2.8GHz w/6MB L2 On-die cache - 1066MHz FSB
SLi ENABLED DUAL (2) 1024MB PCI-Express nVIDIA GTX 280M's (2048MB Total) w/GDDR3 DX10 Video Cards

Which would be my better option to choose for a final configuration? Is the difference going to be even noticeable? Both configurations would be 4GB DDR3.

Thank you for your help.

You aren't going to notice a difference between the T9900 and the T9600. However, depending on the games you are playing, you may notice a difference with the GPUs. As long as your games can use SLI, two cards will be better than one.
