Error: Invalid configuration. Terminating the Palm Desktop

Give the User 'Network Administrator' rights, not just local
administrator rights, and login as User.
Install the Palm Desktop and perform one hotsync so the registry gets
completely written.
Revoke 'Network Administrator' rights for the User.
