What is Jarfix /U?

So I tried to install Jarfix 2.00 to fix a .jar file, but I don't have admin, and it says I have to use option /U, what is it and how do I use it?

navigate to where the program, assuming you have it on the desktop in a folder called jarfix so I'll just use a command prompt for this.
start -> run -> cmd (enter)-> cd desktop (enter)-> cd jarfix (enter)-> jarfix.exe /u (enter)

or you can right click on the program under target add /u behind the .exe infront of the annotation. So for example "c:\users\dynaman12\desktop\jarfix\jarfix.exe /u"
