Edit windows boot options for windows 7

whenever i start my laptop i am getting this message

  1. Probably need to repair Master Boot record, but you'll need a Win 7 Install disk, or an alternative would be to restore your Laptop to Factory settinngs which will remove all your personal data.
    To repair MBR
