Anybody have an idea on when the new amd cpu's comming out, such as the hammer processors?

April 2003 should see the enterprise class Opteron (Sledgehammer) processor come out. September 2003 should be release date for AMD Athalon 64 (Clawhammer).

but my question is what will be different with these new cpus? faster obvousily but does it mean new motherboards etc? please tell me !!
