Hey everyone,

This has been happening shortly after I bought my PC, around 5-6 months. However, back then it seemed it only happened while playing games, certain games actually. So I reported this problem to the store, they asked me if I had my PC near a wood table or something of the sort, I said yes, and they said that could be the reason because of some whatthefuck reason I can't recall. So I took the PC to another place, and also replaced the CPU cooler meantime but turns out it's still happening. But now it's not only in games, it's anytime, I don't know what to do anymore.

I feel it's just pointless to contact the store again because they obviously don't know what's the problem either, hence why they told me that excuse.

I had a blue-screen today and the error was the following STOP: 0X0000003B

I posted a thread about this in this forum already, I've done Memtest 86 as told by a user here but no problems were found.
From what I've googled this seems to be a driver (mostly graphic's driver) related issue, I've no idea how to fix it anyway.

Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS M4A88T-M USB/3
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965BE 3.4ghz (Artic Freezer 13 CO cooler)
GPU: ASUS Radeon HD 6850
RAM: AMD Performance Edition 4GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200rpm

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0X3B) basically indicates that a system thread crashed. Can happen due to either drivers are hardware.

Download BluescreenView and post a screenshot; want to see what driver failed (hoping I can draw a conclusion from that).

Alright, according to that program it's happening due to a "ntoskrnl.exe" driver.
Here's the report of the 3 past a BSOD, I assume:

"Cause

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code."

Use a driver cleaner to completely uninstall all traces of your graphics driver. Then, install the most current version. If that doesn't help, you may have to do a complete reinstall... but, at the very least, your hardware is not shot.

if it a pre built system toss up here the make and model of the power supply. it may be that the power supply may be under sized. alos i would run overnight memtest from a boot cd or usb stick to rule out memory issues.

Alright, thanks. What driver cleaner would you recommend using?
