Can you diagnose this problem with digital camera

I have a Panasonic DMC-ZS1 and recently the photos taken outside are bright white and basically unrecognizable. Photos taken indoors are very yellowish with horizontal lines. Videos are absolutely fine...no issues at all.
Is it possible that some settings got changed? Any ideas? Please help!! Thanks so much!

Try going into the setting panel of the camera and look for a reset for either the settings or the camera itself. I know this happens to my Canon camera sometimes when the exposure is higher than it should be, and a reset always fixes it.
