Missing VGA driver or hardware

Hello, i am using an AMD E-300 APU wiith Random(tm) HD Graphics 1.30Hz and the system type is 64 bit.i just installed Youcam on my machine but any time i run it, an error message is displayed that says that VGA hardware or driver is not compactible.how do i fix this.thanks
