Details (as in "Choose Details") not available for folders?

Details such as Title are available for individual files (found at
Right Click > Properties > Summary tab). I take it that you can't add
an extra "Title" to folders? (It would be useful to have this feature
available to add explanatory comments and the like to a folder, without
having to include all this in the folder name.)
