OK. Then try going to "my computer". Right click, and select "manage". The select "device manager" Find your camera - expand each choice until you find it, but it is usally under "imaging devices" or listed as a mass storage device. Do you see your camera there?

You have to give us a little more information... what happens?

open "my computer". Do you see your camera there? If so, right click and choose "properties". This will open a window that includes a tab called "autoplay". You should be able to solve from there.
