Vizio not working properly

Hello,
I have a problem, My Vizio M421NV 42" is not working properly, I have unplugged it I have tried to turn it off and on, But the TV logo is on the screen. and the logo on the tv pannel is lit up white, what do I do?

What is "not working properly" exactly?

The logo lights up more when the TV on, so that's fine, what do you see on the screen? Try different inputs?
