I'm about to grab an Athlon XP 2000+ from newegg.com and was wondering if this retail version (link at bottom) is Tbred or not. The thoroughbred B's are supposed to run a lot cooler arent they? I might overclock in the future and I want to get the coolest running version. (BTW whats up with the OEM one at the bottom costing more than the retail?)

Also whats stopping my motherboard from supporting the Athlon XP 2100+. I have an MSI 6380LE:
