Check out the first post in the Motherboard's section. If you have Slot1 and VRM 8.4, you have the BEST solution for Tualatin: the Slot-T adapter. Because of it's hardware voltage detection adjustments, it's a superior solution to any Socket 370 board.

I run a Tualatin on a Slot 1 board, it's the best solution for overclocking because of it's hardware voltage adjustment (far more reliable at bootup than BIOS adjustment).

Yep, looked up a review on your board, it supports Coppermines, therefor it also supports Tualatin voltage levels (VRM 8.4), so a Upgradeware Slot-T adapter ($20) will allow you to upgrade. If you were considering overclocking an inexpensive Celeron Tualatin, I suggest the 1.0 (256k) or 1.1GHz (256k) speed CPU to start with, as you're more likely to reach bus speeds of 133MHz or more with their lower multiplier.
