The 3.6GHZ is far from coming out.
1)It would be running insanely hot at 0.13m.
2)The current competition asks for barely anything new, maybe for 3.2GHZ P4s max.
3)Prescott will début at 3.4GHZ according to roadmaps, otherwise it will ARRIVE there next year. Does Intel backtrack in clock speeds when it comes to Pentium 4 and market commercials? I think not!
