After I access my XP boxes via Remote Desktop, and then log off of the
machines via Remote Desktop, if I physically go to the machines and do a
shutdown (without ever logging on physically) the machine goes through the
motions of shutdown but then comes back with the normal security window
logon prompt again. I have to do a 2nd shutdown to accomplish a shutdown.

Anyone know why? Or what I can do to fix this? This is repeatable time
after time.

Thanks,

-Frank
