Quick gaming headset choice

My old headset is dead now so i need to purchase a new one, mainly for gaming.
I play bad company 2 atm if it makes any difference![:D]( ":D")
The choices i have are:
- Saitek GH20 Vibration Headset
- Creative HS-450
- Ozone Attack
- Creative HS-600
- A4Tech HD-200
I'm buying them from here: http://www.pcgarage.ro/casti/pagina3/ if you have any other recommendation that's on that site under 110 RON, that would be awesome![:D]( ":D")
