Help: Gottlieb Spin Wheel cards!

Howdy,

I bought a nice Spin Wheel a couple of weekends ago, however, it does
not have the card that goes on the left side for "Ball in Play". I
probably could make a card but I have no idea what it looks like. I
looked on IPDB.org but there is no clear photo that low on the
playfield. I would really appreciate it if someone could email a close
up photo of the card.
