Question about thorougbred Cores

I have an 1800_ thoroughbred, how can i find out the core version and the stepping? is there a program i can use to find this? thanks

Palamino cores are square,Thoroughbred cores are rectangle.The stepping is the 1st 5 letters in the 2nd row on the tag.
