If you meant "open source" like that | Report abuse iball8888 May 13, 2010 4:10:07 AM Sexy looking MP3. I can't believe I never saw it before. Reasonably priced too. Thank you. Any other suggestions? | Report abuse jaguarskx May 17, 2010 12:56:39 AM I wouldn't really bother looking at anything beyond the Cowon S9. Great media player. Only gripes are: 1. Max 32GB internal memory 2. No memory expansion slot. I use it even after purchasing my Motorola Droid smartphone which is crappy for media when compared to the Cowon S9. | Report abuse Related ressources MP3 , WMA, AAC OK -> Where is Real Audio? - Forum Linux - MP3 Player - Forum Linux/open source projects - Forum Need advice: Best hardware for Linux-based HTPC/Server combo - Forum Linux for a newbie, who is also a gamer - Forum Ask the community Publish Amg May 17, 2010 9:59:15 AM whoa wait cowon just got a new one out called the J3 it looks very nice, it looks like a samung phone. also has a SD Slot and a external speaker oh and its a S9 in heart just different style and new UI | Report abuse jaguarskx May 19, 2010 8:37:31 AM Yeah, the Cowon J3 looks real interesting. I wish the S9 had expandable memory capabilities. Since I only bought my S9 last year, I'll simply wait for something to come along with higher internal memory capacity. 128GB flash memory would be nice, but probably at least another 5 years away. | Report abuse Amg May 22, 2010 10:58:01 PM I don't think its worth it if you already have a S9 but for someone who wants a S9 but don't have one, that is the best tbh | Report abuse Register or log in to remove Ask the community Publish Tom's Hardware>Forum>Home Audio>Linux based or open source MP3 Player> Related ressources: ForumLinux ?
