Default drive location?

I am trying to enter a command to run Microsoft Outlook upon logging in, my problem is some machines on our network are using other that "C:" as the default drive path. How do I tell it to us the default drive "default drive":\Program Files\Microsoft Outlook\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE"

    %PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Outlook\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE
