Power Supply and Video Card upgrade for Gateway DX4200-UB001A

I have a Gateway DX4200-UB001A and I'm looking for a modest upgrade so I can play some of my computer games smoother with higher graphics. Right now I have a 300w PSU and ATI Radeon® HD 3450 graphics with 256 MB DDR2 memory video card. I have ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5400 in my laptop, so I definitely want something stronger than that in my desktop. Does anyone have any suggestions of a compatible PSU and video card combo that goes with my motherboard? Budget is around $200, just want a modest upgrade to run Star Wars Old Republic when it comes out, as well as Starcraft 2 and Skyrim.

**I"m also new to the site, so if there's a better section for this question please let me know! Thanks

Those are general specs for that model range, what's actually in your system?

For 200 for a card and PSU, you'd be left with something like a 6770 (which may actually run on your power supply as is) or a 6790. Click on the link in my sig for video card options, you need to leave 60-80 dollars for a decent 400-500 watt power supply. Something like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
