Keyboard on RadHat

Guys,
I have installed Linux RedHat 7.3 and my keyboard doesn't work very well, because some special characters, like @ (this character I couldn't find anywhere), accents and the positions of them on the keyboard was changed. I tried many keyboard models on the Linux installation but without success.
How can I correct this?
