[Bye] checkpoint

my computer wont bring up the option for safe mode or anything when i hit f8 at the begining it comes up with a checkpoint bye and when i just let it start up and go to the desk top i cant open any files and their is like a fake anti virus the pops up

If you have issues going through that, need to find a PC-knowledable friend or tech to look at it.
