Why doesn't HP want to insure that their products work for a long time? Maybe their only motivation is not their reputation but the almighty dollar. There should be a class action lawsuit against them when they know their products will only last minimal amount of time.

Report HP products here! I filed a complaint and demanded a replacement for my HP Pavilion dv9820us Notebook PC. By replacement I mean a computer without a series of design flaws which I'll only have to get replaced again and again.
