Cleaning rollers on lexmark x5495

Paper feeds half way down tray then stops (not everytime, though). Sometimes pulls unevenly. How can I clean rollers or "grabbing mechanism" for a clean catch?

There's is defiantly a piece of paper stuck there with in the rollers, since there's a possibility of the paper being deeper then you can physically reach i strongly suggest you get the machine to a service professional. i checked out more details on this and there's no other way around it.
