Ati hd4200 m300 vs a n280 netbook

well its something meant to take to work so there will be gaming (nothing newer) elder scrolls 3 , star craft, warcraft 3 as well as dvd use
i understand these are both at the bottom end of the performance spectrum, but i found both for about the same price. Just wondering which is a stronger machine.
