Shrink laptop screen

Hi everyone can anyone help me on how i can shrink the size of my screen i do not know how this problem accured i am going crazy and very frusterated many Thanks Sebbiemasc.

If you mean change the resolution when you say change the size of your screen, just right-click on your desktop (if you're using Vista or 7) and click 'Screen Resolution'. If your using XP, right click and go to Properties. Then go to the last tab and select the resolution you want.
