Direct 3d device

I want to install this device in my computer. I can play games or watch videos and others. it keeps on giving me this message. Can u help.

What device? What message? What are you trying to do, exactly, and what games and videos are you trying to play/watch that you cannot right now?

Direct3D Device can be many things, video card, game pad, joystick, basically anything that interacts with the Direct3D API, but only if you have it installed.

Windows 7 comes with DX11 which should be usable by 99% of all games, but every now and again you get a rogue game that needs good old DirectX 9c, so download and install, your sorted.
