How to repair mp3 player

Hello,
I have a Creative ZEN NEEON 2. When i plug it into my computer,there are no files or folders and it shows that it has 0 kb memory.Not able to format it either. Please help!

Can you still see and listen to music on the player itself? If not it's likely dead and unfortunately you have probably lost everything on it.

If the player still functions but you cannot hook it up to the computer, the connection might be bad and you can have it repaired.

No i cant listen to the music. It doesnt show any media. I tried connecting t another computer.. Didnt work.
Doesn,t seem to be a connection proeblem
