Surround sound headset for gaming

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm looking for a nice surround sound headset for gaming. I saw the ABS AZ1, ABS FX-7, Tritton AX Pro and others, but I'm not sure which to choose. Comfort is also a relatively high priority because I will be playing for a few hours at a time. I'm not being exclusive to these brands, they are just some that I noticed. I'm not sure which will give me the best performance/value.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I mostly play games like Left 4 Dead 2, Borderlands, and similar. Surround sound would be nice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated even other brands. I'd like my price range to be below or close to 100 maybe up to 120, however cheaper doesn't hurt.
