HEL[P AND SUPPORT

My "help and support" function does not work at all. When I try to
get it started all that happens is a quick flash of an arrow and the
hour glass. This has bee going on for several months and I cannot
relate it to any particular event or installation.
Tech support had no ideas.
This is not a major problem - just an annoyance. Nonetheless any help
will be appreciated.

Go to add/remove programs and deinstall it.

I do not know the name of the program and a google search did not
help. Gateway tech support was no help. The guy I spoke with knew
nothing ablout the program.
