I am leaning a bit to the Panasonic one ( exactly on my budget ) ... and offering same results as DC W690
also i would like tto know the difference between the sensors

You have to test by yourself if you can. And pick the one has lower price and more common functions like recording video, battery Life, image quality (more megapixel) , etc.
