Sony TV Model KLV-22bx300

Hello,
Have Sony TV Model klv-22bx300. When is powered audible noise comes from pulse transformer on power supply though pictures and sound are ok. What is the cause for this problem? How can i solve it?

You already listed the cause, power supply. To solve, replace it or take it apart and fix it. Usually the issue is with capacitors on boards. Although it's only a 22" LCD, unless you can do the work yourself for only the part cost, I'd just buy a new TV if the noise really bothers you.
