I installed an additional hard drive in a PE2650 which was configured
with (3) 36gb drives in a RAID5 array, with (1) dedicated hot spare.
Using the Dell Array Manager, I initialized the drive, added it to the
array volume, (size increased from ~67gb -> ~101gb) and let it rebuild.
It took ~12 hours. When it finished, there were no errors logged, and it
is reporting that the volume is 101gb, (4 drives) but the system drive
is still only ~67gb. Windows is reporting the C: drive is still 67gb
also. In other words, the volume has additional capacity, but the system
drive did not grow to make use of the additional capacity. Dell support
has not been very helpful... :(

Thanks.

Try downloading extpart.exe from Dell to increase the partition size.
