Easiest way to install genuine windows7?

Sadly Linux mint is not my type and i really just want windows D:
SO i was wondering what do i need to install windows 7? I have a brand new HDD with linux mint 13 on it and i want to know what to buy.
Should i buy the Retail, Upgrade or OEM? I want to keep it cheap and i also have a CD of Vista( if that helps)
I hear there is a way to buy the UPGRADE and just do a "clean" install and activate it when completed, skipping the whole "upgrade part".
I don't know which is better for the value: Retail-$200, Upgrade-$120, OEM-$110
Please help! It would be greatly appreciated

Retail can be installed on as many computers as you want as long as it's one at a time.

OEM will be tied to one motherbard. You can install it as many times as you want but only on that one system.
