5 icons & Task Bar Help Me Remove please...

Hi, I know that this question has been asked already but short of going thru
all threads I don't know what to do.

I have 5 icons on my desktop Cellphone Ring Tones, Tune Up My PC, Casino
Online, Find a Date and My Antivirus Update. I also have a task bar Make
money, Music, Casino, Investing, Travel & Mortgage showing up.

Please help me remove them. They are driving me crazy.

Any help will be welcome..... HackThis is beyond my knowledge.
