I can't get the HP Office Jet 7410 to boot. It shows the startup screen and goes into a loop...same screen. My printer cartridges are hard locked...HP thinks this is the problem. Any suggestions?
Second of all, most of the software problems are caused by the driver, which I'll recommend you to uninstall and install it again.
Third of all, If the HP representatives already told you what the problem is, I don't thins that there is a lot for us to do, it's or following my advice and hoping for good, or taking the printer to an HP laboratory.
