We can't help you with that. It's against forum rules as we have no way of knowing if you own the computer or not.

I know what it is I asked my sales rep to put on for me @ easyhome but new guy who wants my unit does not want pass word on it I will give it to him he will have to change it I guess
and I did not know I was breaking rules here sorry
my lease is done now and a guy wants my unit for work

Hi

probably too late but you should create a new account for new user of laptop/PC and leave new account with no password.

consider if it should be an admin or restricted account.

If using computer for work purposes unless no confidential work related data on laptop there should be a password for all accounts

In Europe (if in Business or Government) there is any personal data relating to customers, employees etc you must protect that data from unauthorised disclosure
(account password may not be enough and encryption may be required)

If you had explained the problem a bit better in your first post I would not have posted that we could not help you. I thought you had a computer you did not know the password for and wanted help removing it. Glad you got it fixed though. :)
